2023年度春学期の修得科目確認は、8月25日（金）9時～から、
名古屋大学ポータル上で確認することが可能です。
必ず各自でWebにて確認してください。

注意：大学院生が学部授業を履修した場合は、紙媒体の成績表をお渡しします。
　　　後日該当の方へご連絡します。

また、修得科目確認により、成績評価に疑義がある場合には、
以下の期日までに「成績評価照会票」をメール添付にて提出してください。

提出期限：8月29日（火）17:00
提出方法：メール添付にて提出

※照会票のWordファイル名を「成績疑義_学生番号_名前」とすること。

Please check the website by yourself.

Note :

Graduate students taking undergraduate subjects will receive a paper grade report.

They will be informed later.
