下記のとおり行いますので、時間に遅れないよう集合して下さい。

経済学研究科学位記授与式

日時：2021年9月27日（月）13:30～

　　　　　　　　　13:20までに集合して下さい。

場所：法経共用館１階　第２講義室

式次第：13:30～ 学部長・研究科長の辞

　　　　13:35～ 学位記授与

　　　　13:55     終了予定

 

注意事項

・式は英語で行います。

・新型コロナウイルス感染予防のため、付添者（卒業生・修了生・入学者の親族等）は入場いただけません。親族等の待機場所の用意はございません。

・新型コロナウイルス感染予防、海外・遠方在住者、ご親族等のため、式典の様子をライブ配信します。ライブ配信用のURLは、式典開始までにこのページでご案内します。

・発熱等の風邪症状がある方は、入場できません（入口で検温を実施します）。

・３密回避、マスク着用、手洗い、咳エチケット、手指消毒を徹底してください。

・飲食を伴うイベント（個人的なものを含む）は、厳に控えてください。

・学位記授与式にて、学位証明書及び成績証明書を配布します。

・学生証を回収しますので必ずご持参ください。

なお、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、急きょ予定を変更する場合があります。その場合はホームページからご案内します。

Your Graduation Ceremony will be conducted as follows. Please be on time.

 

Graduation Ceremony

Dates: 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 27, 2021 (Undergraduate,Graduate)

           Meeting Time: 10:15

Place: Toyoda Auditorium

 

School of Economics Degree Awarding Ceremony

Dates: 13:30, Monday, September 27, 2021

            Meeting Time: 13:20

Place: Lecture Room 2

1nd floor, Law and Economics Shared Facilities Building

Schedule: 13:30- Address from the Dean

               13:35- Degree awarding

               13:55- Close

  • The ceremony will be conducted in English.
  • In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, guests (families of graduates, alumni, and new students) will not be allowed to enter. There will be no waiting area for families.
  • The ceremony will be live-streamed to prevent the spread of COVID-19,as well as for the benefit of overseas/distant residents and their families.The URL for the live broadcast will be posted on this page before the ceremony begins.
  • People with a fever or other cold-like symptoms will not be allowed to enter the auditorium. (We will conduct temperature checks at the entrance.)
  • Please avoid the 3C’s, and be sure to wear a mask, wash your hands, observe coughing etiquette, and use disinfectant
  • Social gatherings (including personal ones) involving food and drinks  should be strictly avoided.

＊Please bring your student ID card, which will be collected at the School of Economics Degree Awarding Ceremony. Each one of your academic degree certificate and transcript in English will be handed after the ceremony.
