【履修/重要】履修登録の確認および履修登録修正期間（最終）について/Confirmation of Registered Courses and Revise Registration (Final)

10/3（木）～ 10/11（金）に名大ポータルから履修修正した科目については、10/23（水） 9時より名大ポータルで確認できます。
10/23（水）以降に必ず履修登録状況を確認し、なお修正がある場合は以下のとおり申請をしてください。これ以降の修正期間はありません。

【提出方法】
1.「履修登録修正願」に必要事項を入力してください。
2.修正願の最下部に記載されている各学部のメールアドレス宛に用紙を添付し、メールで提出してください。
※メールのタイトルは「履修修正_学生番号_名前」としてください。
※教務課でメールを受信した後、受信したことの返信は行いません。修正願を送信した際のメールをスクリーンショット等で保管しておいてください。

【提出期間】
１０月２３日（水）から１０月２８日（月）17時
※この修正が名大ポータルに反映されるのは、11/8（金）以降です。必ず確認してください。
　11/8に申請した内容が反映されていなかった場合、すみやかに送信した際の控えを添えて文系教務課までお問い合わせください。

【申請用紙】
添付ファイル「履修登録修正願」をダウンロードして使用すること
※ご自分が所属している学部・研究科の様式ではなく、追加・削除を行いたい科目を開講している学部・研究科の様式を使用し、各学部・研究科担当まで提出してください。
※全学教育科目及び理系学部科目については、各所属のホームページを確認してください。

【注意事項】
・各教員へTACTの追加登録・削除を依頼しただけでは、名大ポータル上の履修登録の修正はできていません。
　履修登録状況は必ず名大ポータルを確認してください。
・今回が最終の修正であり、これ以降は修正できません。履修を取りやめたい場合は提出期間内に修正（削除）を申請してください。期間後の取り下げはシラバスの記載に従ってください。
・履修登録をしていない授業については、試験を受ける資格がありません。成績もつきません。
・経済学部3年生は「経済学演習II」「経営学演習II」の、経済学部4年生は「経済学卒論研究II」「経営学卒論研究II」の履修登録漏れ、登録コード間違いがないか再度確認してください。
・全学教育科目の修正については教養教育院事務室の指示に従ってください。
・大学院生は、ご自身の指導教員の演習科目を必ず履修してください。

Dear Undergraduate, graduate students of Economics,

With regard to the revised subjects from October 3 to October 11 on NU portal are possible to check on NU portal from October 23 (Wed) .
Apply as follows if you still have any correction after confirming the status of registration after October 23 (Wed).

【How to submit】
1.Download “Registration Correction Form” registration below and input requirements in the frame.
2.Submit to email address of each school on the bottom of the form by email attached it.
※ The title of email have to be “Correctionregistration_studentID_Your name”.

【Submission Period】
October 23 (Wed) to October 28 (Mon), 5pm
※ This correction will be reflected on NU portal on/after November 8 (Fri). Please check without any failure.

【Notes】
･It is not completed to register only to ask academic advisor to add/delete.
*Please confirm the registration status on NU portal without any failure.
･With regard to subject of Liberal Arts and Sciences and subject of school of Natural Sciences, please check home pages of each belonging schools.
･This correction is the final and never correct after this time.
･There is no qualification to take test if there is no registration for lectures.
･[Undergraduate Students] The 3^rd grade students should double-check to make sure your registration failure or registration code mistaken for “Seminar on Economics II” or ”Seminar on Management II”, and the 4^th grade students should double-check to make sure your registration failure or registration code mistaken for “Graduation Thesis Research on Economics II” or “Graduation Thesis Research on Management II”.
･[Graduate students] Don’t miss to register the academic advisor’s seminars of your own.
